Prices (if applicable)
This website might contain price information. The price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. So if you purchase on this website, you will always be charged the equivalent in New Zealand dollars at the bank exchange rate of the day.
Returns Policy
Unless authorised by management at Skin Deep Beauty Products Limited any stock returned for credit will not be readily accepted and may result in a restocking fee or where dubious circumstances occur will be forwarded back to the appropriate client. Goods will only be accepted back if the goods have not been opened and the packaging undamaged.
Please check your goods upon receipt for any damage that may have been caused through transit (within New Zealand). Charges will not apply in cases where there has been an error by Skin Deep Beauty Products. Should there be any damage or leakage, please advise immediately as damaged and/ or incorrectly ordered goods will only be accepted up to 7 days after dispatch date. These return policies only apply to New Zealand clients/ customers.
Overseas orders are at your own risk. Skin Deep will not take any responsibility for any damages in transit or wrongly ordered products. Shipping costs for returns are at the cost of the purchaser and must be undertaken within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Overseas Orders
Skin Deep is not responsible for any importation costs in relation to customs, tax or agricultural charges. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping Policy
Costs
All local New Zealand consumer orders are free for orders $100 and over, otherwise they will incur a $10 shipping fee.
All International consumer orders have a minimum $50 shipping fee, depending on weight and location.
For New Zealand Wholesale Orders shipping is $15 + GST nationwide.
For International Wholesale Orders shipping is $130 excl GST and minimum order values apply. We use our courier partners FedEx and NZ Post for delivery.
Timing
All orders are sent via a courier service to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door.
In general, please allow 3-5 days for your Skin Deep order to arrive at your door step. Delivery lead times depend on which area you live. During Covid restrictions, and peak trading times like Christmas, time delays can be up to 7-10 working days.
Orders placed during a sale or promotion, can take up to 7 days to process through our warehouse. We endeavor to dispatch as quickly as possible, but please be patient and show kindness to our staff and the local carriers. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc.)
Tracking
If you need us to track your parcel, or help estimate on approximate arrival time more closely – please check the emailed tracking number provided or contact us.
Delivery
As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery.
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Courier depot.
Skin Deep does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
